Phones, tablets, laptops, camera batteries, LED lighting, a router, a fan and most CPAP machines. That is a real list and it covers the majority of compact buyers.
What it will not run: kettles, coffee machines with heating elements, hair dryers, space heaters, microwaves or power tools. Those need four figures of inverter output, not three.
