Work out fridge hours first
A modern fridge averages far less than its nameplate because the compressor cycles. In practice a 2kWh station typically covers a fridge for the best part of a day, and a 1kWh station for several hours, before anything else is plugged in.
Add the router, phone charging and a lamp and you have covered the loads that make an outage tolerable. Heating and air conditioning are not on that list.
EPS and UPS switchover
